Interval is a 30 year-old company. They are exporting 3500 T of specialty cheeses and butters all over the world. Shipments are generally made to North America (50% of our activity) EEC (35%) and Japan but also directly or indirectly to more than 50 countries. They are the Export structure of 14 French dairies specialized in High Quality local Cheeses. Their philosophy is to promote quality before quantity.
