Retail Leasing

Monroe Center offers potential retail tenants the chance to lease space within 
the market's premiere transit-based and culturally-anchored development project.

Available spaces range in size from 400 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, will be delivered in "vanilla shell" condition, and can be configured with considerable flexibility to meet retail tenant needs.  This space will collectively total 125,000 sq ft (potentially increasing to 165,000), providing the only substantial assemblage of retail space within this highly under-retailed and desirable market.
 
72,000 sq ft of specialty retail space in the existing structures will be available as early as Spring 2006.  17,000 sq ft of new retail space in the first residential tower is expected to be available as early as Summer 2007.  The remaining 36,000 to 76,000 sq ft will be available by Spring 2008.
 
Retail tenants within Monroe Center will draw consumers from Hoboken, Jersey City, Union City, New York City and the overall New York Metropolitan Area.  Area household income is in excess of $115,000.
